By using our Sites or services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years oldYou are using the services for legitimate professional or business purposesYou are in compliance with real estate licensing laws and ethical standards in your jurisdictionYou will not use our Sites for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful activities

4. Accounts and Access

Some services require you to create an account (e.g., on AIConneXt.com). You agree to:

5. Subscription Fees and Payments

Some services (CRM+, ISA, Accelerator programs) are subscription-based and billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD).By subscribing, you agree that:

Payments are recurring unless canceledFees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writingPricing may change with 30 days’ written noticeLate or failed payments may lead to suspension of service

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, systems, training content, tools, and technology offered via the Sites are the intellectual property of Agent Innovation Inc. or its licensors.You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permissionUse our logos or brand assets without written consentBuild or market competing services using our proprietary systems

7. Privacy and Data Protection
